Fuzzy has produced some of Australia’s largest music festivals for more than 20 years, including Listen Out, Field Day and Harbourlife. Fuzzy has come a long way since their early small events and continues to push the boundaries with new music genres. The plan for the future is more great parties.

Fuzzy are looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to work closely with the Marketing Team to promote seasonal events, including Listen Out, Field Day, Harbourlife, Groovin the Moo and artist tours. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement strategic marketing campaigns and assist with the execution of daily activities across Marketing, PR and Ticketing across multiple events.

Fuzzy’s office is situated in Surry Hills, the traditional home of the Gadigal people. Staff work flexibly, with a hybrid office and remote approach. First and foremost, Fuzzy want someone with an organised and disciplined approach and focused attitude, someone who's passionate about what they do, passionate about the live music industry and excited about growing and learning with the company.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, possess excellent communication skills, and be proactive in taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

**And it’s a bonus if you also have**:

- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Suite tools. If you’re a whiz with excel, even better
- Experience with contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and multi-platform content scheduling
- Experience with CRM platforms - EDM, SMS
- Experience with ticketing platforms
- Experience working with festivals, music events, touring or logistics
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, in high pressure situations

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
