Based at our state-of-the-art board site in Gepps Cross, an opportunity exists for a vibrant person to join our successful sales team. In this full time, permanent role you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer base while sourcing new avenues of business.
**The Role**
As a hands on, highly self-motivated and proactive Key Account Manager, you’ll thrive in this highly autonomous and dynamic role. You will have a history of B2B sales and must be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, motivation and reliability as well as have the ability to self-manage. Your strong customer service values are essential and an eye for detail is paramount. You will need to be able to concurrently manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is an exciting and diverse role, focused on relationship management and the development your client portfolio across South Australia.
With a solid history in account management and B2B Sales within Wine & Beverage sector
- Be responsible for the sales and relevant reporting for the allocated customer base across South Australia - Establish and maintain multi-level relationships within nominated customer account portfolio
- Call on all customer sites on a regular basis (minimum weekly to understand their needs to ensure Visy solutions meet their requirements and assist where possible to continuously improve customer service, value engineering, margin improvement and “share of wallet” opportunities
- Coordinate technical support, value engineering audit, quotes and samples to present to customer in the generation of customer solutions, innovation projects or value engineering projects
- Drive above budget results, through identifying new business opportunities as well as grow and retain current customers
- Liaise with all relevant departments to drive mutually profitable outcomes promoting the “One Visy”
**You will succeed in this role if you have the following attributes**:
You have solid previous experience as an Account Manager ideally within the Wine & Beverage Sector Packaging, label, print, manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Exceptional Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: Demonstrate strong skills in tackling complex issues and analysing data.
- Meticulous Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure high precision and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Advanced Written Communication: Craft well-developed and professional written content.
- Confident Presentation Skills: Deliver presentations effectively and with assurance.
- Skilled in Project and Time Management: Manage projects and time efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build strong relationships with personnel at all levels.
- Influential Communication: Communicate clearly and confidently to positively impact outcomes and achieve exceptional results for both customers and Visy.
