**About the business and the role**

Our client is a medium-sized enterprise with over a hundred team members spanning Australia's east coast. They work as a team and every member's contribution is valuable and appreciated. As they continue to grow in the National Capital Region and across the east coast, they are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join their team.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Payroll processing
- Taxation and superannuation upload
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Account Reconciliation
- Compiling all necessary documents for month-end financial reporting
- Monthly reporting and feedback on the company's financial position
- Contribute to company accounting policy and procedures
- Minimum 2 years’ Bookkeeping experience
- High-level attention to detail
- Proactive and takes initiative
- High-level problem-solving abilities
- Proven business acumen and the ability to plan strategically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
- Tertiary education in finance/accounting/bookkeeping
