**About Us**

We are looking for a bookkeeper who is interested to join us on our mission in delivering excellence to our clients.

**About the Role & Responsibilities**
- Help to grow our business by engaging new customers
- All aspects of accounting and data entry
- Bank reconciliation: trading accounts, loan accounts and credit card
- Monthly reporting on Income Statement and Balance Sheet
- STP
- Calculating fuel tax credits
- BAS and IAS reconciliation and returns
- Monthly Super returns
- Providing bookkeeping/payroll and related accounting services where required
- Providing support to junior members of the team
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients

Your skills and experience:

- Highly motivated
- Previous experience in client-facing / client management role
- Ability to independently resolve complex problems where analysis requires the in-depth evaluation of numerous factors
- Strong task and time management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Effective communication
- A positive growth mindset
- Collaborative, respectful attitude
- 3-5+ years experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Highly proficient with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks accounting software
- Ability to travel to client sites

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (required)
