**Finishes Foreman - Residential - Sydney - 6+Month contract**

**About the company**

My client are a well known and reputable builder that specialise in multiple sectors including commercial new build and residential with there projects value ranging up to $100mil. As well as taking pride in their projects they also have a great company culture with very high staff retention.

**About the role**

The client require a Finishes Foreman to join their team to help deliver a residential new build project.

Some of your main duties will include but not limited to;
- Overseeing day to day site activities
- Overseeing and monitoring Health & safety
- Site Inductions
- Site and Client meetings
- Assisting the PM with program
- Altering program
- Forecasts
- Making sure site staff and sub-contractors are working to target

**About you**
- 5 - 10 years in a site manager/foreman role
- Overseen projects with a value of 5mil+ is advantageous
- Must have new build experience in the commercial and residential sectors
- Proficiency in the use of Acconnex and Hammertech systems is a bonus
