An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven **Service Advisor**to join our **Subaru team** at **BUNDOORA**

**What's the opportunity?**

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve:

- Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
- Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
- Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
- Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
- Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
