We’re on the lookout for a friendly, switched-on **Service Advisor** to join our busy team. If you’re great with customers, have a passion for the automotive world, and know your way around a workshop schedule, this could be your next move.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking in customer vehicles for servicing and repairs, understanding their needs and concerns
- Providing customers with realistic time frames and cost estimates for the work required
- Coordinating with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Explaining repair recommendations and options to customers, and obtaining their approval
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and tactful manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and vehicle work
- Supporting the team and contributing to a positive, customer-focused work environment

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using automotive service management software and systems
- Knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
