**Our new Volvo Cars Essendon dealership is now seeking an experienced performance-driven Service Advisor who can focus on delivering exceptional customer service to all our valued clients.**

This role is to assist the Service Manager with the dealerships day to day service requirements in a professional and efficient manner, that at all times promotes a positive brand image.

**Do you have?**
- Previous Service Advisor experience in a similar role
- Previous dealership experience (desirable)
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge using ERA and Pentana
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Current driving license (manual transmission)
- Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
