Our client creates and delivers high-end, bespoke outdoor lifestyle areas for their clients. They provide landscape and pool design, construction, and maintenance services, as they focus on enhancing residential properties throughout the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

An opportunity has opened for up for a Supervisor with a background in Landscape Construction, a Building Trade or Pool Construction to join the team.

**THE ROLE**

This role reports to the Construction Director and is the pivotal link between the project managers, designers, construction crews and clients to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of outdoor lifestyle projects.

Your scope will include managing teams on multiple sites, planning and scheduling project work, interpreting design documents and details, client communications, resource scheduling, calculating and ordering of supplies, site meetings, operational reporting, and maintaining a focus on safety and quality.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant experience and qualifications in a Building Trade, Landscaping or Swimming Pool Construction
- Experience in detail-orientated bespoke projects
- Ability to drive projects to meet deadlines on time and on budget
- Experience managing a team including sub-contractors
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and requirements with experience of effectively controlling site safety
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Driver’s License, White Card
