**The Opportunity**

The **Conference & Events Supervisor** plays a crucial role in supervising our outlets and events. Reporting directly to the **Hotel Manager,** you will be required to supervise our versatile Conference & Events Outlets on a shift basis and maintain exceptional service standards within our fast-paced service environment. The role is flexible in nature requiring a ‘hands on’ approach to move seamlessly between outlets and the different service styles offered.

**Your Day to Day**
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
- Running the daily operations of the Conference & Events outlets, supervise, and delegate tasks to junior staff members as directed by the Hotel Manager.
- Work effectively with Front of House + Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure efficient service planning and execution.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
- Support the Food & Beverage Management Team by assessing the staffing and rostering requirements.
- Assisting with onboarding and continual up-skilling of Team Members.
- Assisting the Hotel Manager in ensuring all outlet areas and storerooms are well maintained.
- Supporting the completion of monthly stocktake (beverage, glassware, stock).

**What you can offer Q Station**
- Previous supervisory experience in a busy food & beverage operations environment. Hotel experience is highly advantageous.
- Ready to take on challenges and exert an elevated level of creativity.
- Ability to multi-task and manage both operational and administrative workload (with mínimal time behind a desk).
- Availability to work across a range of mid-week, weekend, and day/evening shifts.
- Maintain high attention to detail with exemplary cleaning standards across all outlets.
- The physicality to move across a two-story restaurant and large site.
- Maintain currency of RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles.
- Maintain current driver's license.
- Possess a current Food Handler or Food Supervisor Certificate OR willingness to obtain one.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
