**Restaurant Supervisor - Boilerhouse Kitchen & Bar**

We’re on the look out for a **Restaurant Supervisor** to assist in overseeing daily operations at our water-front venue, the **Boilerhouse Restaurant**.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience as an **F&B Team Leader** or similar, looking to grow into a supervisory role within a unique hotel environment.

**Your Role**

Reporting directly to the **Restaurant Manager**, you’ll lead from the floor and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across a range of dinning settings. You will:

- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, high-standard service.
- Train, support, and motivate F&B staff to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Engage with guests, resolve concerns professionally, and lead by example.
- Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure timely, accurate service.
- Uphold food, beverage, and service standards in line with Q Station’s premium positioning.

**About You**

You are a natural team leader with a passion for food, service, and people.
- Deliver friendly, professional F&B service that exceeds guest expectations
- Lead service sections and assist with rostering as required
- Support and mentor team members to uphold service standards
- Collaborate with FOH and kitchen to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, and hotel policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Contribute to stock control, ordering, and daily operations
- Participate in team meetings and service improvement initiatives
- Lead by example with professionalism, energy, and hands-on leadership

**Essential Criteria**
- A genuine passion for great food and guest experiences.
- Proven supervisory/team leadaer experience in fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environments - hotel experience is advantageous.
- Bar and cocktail-making experience, with strong product knowledge and confidence behind the bar.
- Professional, personable, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and a can-do attitude.
- Creative mindset with a drive to meet challenges head-on.
- Ability to manage service and admin tasks efficiently, mostly on your feet.
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and day/night shifts.
- Strong drive to grow your skills and leadership career in F&B
- Physical readiness to work across a two-level venue and large site
- High standards for cleanliness, service, and attention to detail
- Valid RSA and Food Handler certification
- Current driver’s license (manual experience a plus)

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
