Salary Range: $74,312.80 to $86,363.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The key focus areas of this role include:

1. Coordinate small civil maintenance crews undertaking work on Council Civil Infrastructure Assets including footpaths, roads, drainage and associated infrastructure.
2. Utilise plant, labour and materials to successfully deliver maintenance works in accordance with council standards and approved budgets.
3. Ensure civil maintenance crews are adhering to appropriate WHS controls and procedures when undertaking works.
4. Ensure related work data and information is entered successfully into Council systems for record keeping.

About you

We’re looking for skilled and motivated Team Leaders to join our construction and maintenance teams. You’ll bring hands-on field experience and strong leadership skills to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.

Role details

There are at least 3 vacant positions, and these roles will work out of one of Councils Depots located at Balgowlah, Cromer and Warriewood.
