**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader** to oversee and support our cleaning teams across commercial sites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned sites
- Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure cleaning staff adhere to safety, hygiene, and company procedures
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report equipment or supply needs
- Liaise with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Complete timesheets, checklists, and reporting as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and work independently
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe work practices
- Driver’s license and reliable transport (required)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
