**About You**
**The Role**
**In this role, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Leadership of the demand generation for the Group
- Development and execution of strategies for lead generation, and customer acquisition campaigns
- Development and execution of engagement, and retention strategies
- Orchestration of connected buying experiences between business units (in-clinic, and online care)
- Successful relationship management with marketing service providers (eg. Pardot and digital media agencies)
- Delivery of visually effective and highly actionable reporting
- Develop, create and maintain an integrated marketing strategy and plan, ensuring continual improvement leveraging customer insight
- Strong contribution to the alignment and collaboration of both Gro business units to a shared growth objective
- Delivery of highly effective dashboards and testing tools
- Strong and active contribution to our _People and Culture objective_ of becoming one of the best places to work in Australia
- At least 4+ years' experience and expertise delivering growth through a team
- Demonstrable track record of delivering growth and working towards targets in another B2C company with a focus on a complex product or decision-making cycle
- High level of emotional intelligence for deep understanding of client behaviour
- Focus on conversion rate optimisation, getting the very most out of the funnel
- Understanding of the importance of customer journey mapping as the foundation for outstanding customer experience
- Excellent track record in B2C marketing automation and confident crafting workflows and processes together with technical specialists and creative teams
- You know what to focus on and what is a distraction, in a constantly evolving environment
- Able to keep everyone aligned on key priorities
- A natural curiosity and creative state around the health and wellness market, marketing technology as well as the social and cultural dynamic that influence the future of marketing hair growth solutions
- Deep understanding of demand, lead generation strategies
- Highly commercial, with a strong focus on hitting and exceeding growth targets
- Solid Experience and expertise using Salesforce & Pardot
- Strong experience in marketing channels and tactics that drive customer acquisition, activation, retention and upsells
- A passion and understanding of the importance of delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Conversant with data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualising data, including tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau
- An intimate and specific knowledge of the channels that are most effective in reaching our target audience(s) is critical

- +4 years’ experience and proven track record in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay aligned to key priorities
- Tech-savviness, and ability to make decisions based on data
- Ability to manage and motivate teams with diverse skill sets and interests
- Ability to engage with all stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Strong communication skills that can lead, coach, develop and influence others
- An enthusiastic, energetic, and positive personality with a genuine love for helping people transform their lives
