**The role**

You'll join a Sydney-CBD based law firm as a Conveyancing / Property Paralegal and secure a varied role that rewards well.

You'll be employed on an initial 8-month contract to cover leave in one of their growing teams.

You'll have responsibility for overseeing Residential Property files and work closely with other legal support professional as well as approachable Partners and a great management team

**About you**
- You will be Paralegal / Legal Secretary with experience in Property / Conveyancing
- Experience of working on residential property files from start to finish (under supervision bison)
- be a team player, happy to support other team members in this small, but fast-paced and very successful law firm
