This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 11 month contract.

**About the team**

The Team you are joining is a high functioning and performing team amongst a leading NSW Government agency. A team of like-minded individuals who thrive to deliver outstanding work to help residents of NSW.

**About the Role**
- Efficiently undertake legal research tasks by selecting relevant and current materials and present clear and well organised results.
- Prepare the contract for sale and relevant documentation under the supervision of a solicitor, arrange exchanges of contracts and preparation of PEXA workspaces.

**About You**
- Competent/confident with using PEXA
- Suitable for a licensed conveyancer (non lawyer) who has experience or junior lawyer interested in property law
- Demonstrated extensive experience in property law and conveyancing, including management of complex cases and the conduct of litigation and disputes under various legislative instruments.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and exercise a high degree of care, skill and responsibility in all matters.
