**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer/Property Paralegal to join our high performing, friendly and innovative Property & Planning team which services a broad mix of clients.

While this role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely.
- Experience working in residential and commercial property transactions
- Ability to carry a matter from initial instructions to settlement
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, financiers, solicitors, conveyancers and mortgagees
- Preparing, reviewing and drafting contracts of sale
- Calculating settlement adjustments and attending to settlements
- Conveyancers license is preferable but not essential
- PEXA experience is essential
- Client focused, and results driven
- Excellent phone manner, communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a part of a team.

You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in conveyancing.
