Domain Legal is a boutique property law firm located in the heart of North Sydney, specializing in providing expert legal services in real estate transactions.

What you'll be doing?
  • Managing property transactions: Handle the full cycle of property sales and purchases, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.
  • Preparing legal documents: Draft and review contracts for sale, manage exchange processes, and coordinate post-exchange activities.
  • Arranging settlements: Facilitate property settlements, ensuring all parties are satisfied and legal requirements are met.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experienced professional: Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience as a conveyancing paralegal, but candidates with 2+ years are also encouraged to apply.
  • Organizational maestro: You possess excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Communication expert: Your strong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • PEXA proficient: You're adept at using PEXA, which is essential for this role.
  • Detail-oriented: Your keen eye for detail ensures accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working well with experienced paralegals and property law specialists.
  • Positive personality: You're friendly and easy-going, fitting well into a small team dynamic.
