**Sales Operations Analyst (Maternity Cover - Temporary Role)** **Summary**:
Delina is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst (Maternity Cover) to join our Global Sales Operations team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on supporting day-to-day operational activities for the APAC Sales organization. Working closely with the SVP Field Sales APAC, you will assist with administrative tasks, data maintenance, reporting, and general support to help ensure the smooth running of the sales team during the maternity leave period.

This is a tactical, execution-focused role ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the APAC Sales team
- Assist with maintaining sales data accuracy within CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari)
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards
- Support sales compensation activities by helping with territory updates, promotions, quota assignments, and onboarding/offboarding tasks as required
- Perform routine data validation, data cleansing, and investigation of data issues
- Manage incoming requests related to opportunity management, sales processes, and systems troubleshooting, and triaging requests for other teams
- Assist in documenting operational processes
- Help coordinate logistics for internal sales trainings and process updates
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing) for required operational updates

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Administration roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel (ability to navigate formulas, create basic reports)
- Familiarity with forecasting tools like Clari is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support team needs
- Comfortable working independently with clear direction
