**A day in the life**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage our retail Impulse customers in Perth - North of the River, Western Australia
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Delivering to sales KPI’s
**Travel Requirements**:
You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.
Servicing and managing an existing customer base North of the River including a 2 night regional Geraldton run every 6 weeks.
- Delivering to quarterly and annual sales KPI’s and New Product launches in confectionery.
- Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
**What will make you successful?**:
As a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products we are looking for;
- Sales and/or FMCG experienced preferred
- Basic Excel, PowerPoint, outlook and PowerBi skills
- Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationship with our various Impulse and Convenience customers.
- You are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
- Able to travel and stay away from home every 6 wekeks for 2 nights each trip
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
