Drive Sales Growth as a Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Western Australia and South Australia.

You will engage directly with OEMs, integrators, and end-users across key sectors including electronics, machines & motion, and basic materials (e.g., mining). Your primary focus will be to drive sales and achieve growth objectives while upholding market leadership in diverse industries.

About You
  • You have a solid track record of driving sales growth and delivering results.
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in Territory Sales or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • You know how to manage a territory strategically and build lasting customer partnerships.
  • You have strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • You hold a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or bring equivalent industry experience.
  • You understand industrial automation and sensor technologies—or are keen to learn.
  • You have experience in basic materials (mining), factory automation, or similar.
  • You enjoy working independently while staying connected with wider teams.
  • You are open to regular travel.
