Your Role

Due to an internal promotion, this Territory Sales Manager position has become available to maximise sales performance across the **Central Wheatbelt and Southeast WA - Northam, York, Merredin, and Narrogin**.

Offering the flexibility to be based in **Perth** or surrounding towns, you will be managing the promotion and sale of products by working closely with the key distributors, consultants, and farm clients within this territory.

As the **Territory Sales Manager**, you will be adding genuine value by providing technical and agronomic information about crop performance. Thus, you will play a crucial role in building and further developing new and existing client relationships, while developing and executing sales strategies to achieve budgets.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Nurture and develop relationships with key industry personnel (government, consultants, external agronomists, and end users)

Promote, recommend, and sell relevant products, that add value to clients' operations

Develop and implement an annual territory sales plan in conjunction with expense budgets

Expand key client networks and track customer activity using the CRM (Salesforce) platform

Manage the stock distribution and seed allocations within the defined territory

Be the first point of contact for all customer product performance inquiries

Manage reseller activities within the defined territory

Train resellers with respect to product features

About You

To be considered for the role, it is important that you can address the following:
Qualifications in Agronomy or equivalent (preferred)

Demonstrated sales experience in the rural industry

Current manual driver's license

Sound computer literacy - MS Office, CRM's etc.
