**As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management portfolio. Your responsibilities will include**:
**Assisting Senior Property Manager: Support our experienced Senior Property Manager with daily administrative tasks, including coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing property inspections.**

**Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants, responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their tenancy.**

**Lease Administration: Assist in the preparation and administration of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining accurate records.**

**Property Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring properties are well-maintained.**

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

**Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.**

**Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.**

**Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.**

**Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite.**

**Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.**
