The Role

We're on the lookout for new talent to fortify our dynamic Property Management team in Mermaid Beach, and if you're seeking a workplace transformation, this role might just be your perfect fit.

We're on the lookout for an individual who embodies the spirit of fun, hard work, and authenticity. In this role, you'll dive into:

- Managing a portfolio of properties (200+ properties)
- Building connections with both owners and tenants
- Conducting thorough ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating repair and maintenance work orders
- Keeping a tight grip on rental arrears to ensure mínimal issues
- After training, WFH 2 - 3 times a week and flexibility discussed.
