Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager who is highly motivated, relationship-driven, and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team.

You will be at the forefront of our mission to bring hospitality into property management, anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and consistently going above and beyond expectations.

Be a partner and host to our clients, not just a manager. This includes:

• Proactively communicating with landlords and tenants, providing timely, insightful updates before being asked.
• Anticipating operational or tenancy issues and resolving them proactively.
• Turning every inspection, meeting, and handover into an opportunity to build trust and deliver value.
• Creating small but memorable moments of hospitality that demonstrate care, professionalism, and pride.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring all leases, renewals, rent reviews, and outgoings are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee maintenance and compliance works, engaging contractors and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct inspections and prepare clear, detailed reports for clients.
• Handle budgets, reporting, and administration with precision.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, lease obligations, and operational policies.

• Licensed Real Estate Agent in Queensland (required).
• Experienced in commercial property management (required).
