**Skills**
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills
- A strong understanding of project delivery methods and principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple support projects at a time
- Process driven and methodical in work manner
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage and delegate a large number of incoming support tickets
- Critical thinking
- JIRA/Confluence/Harvest - time and project tracking and systems experience
- Kanban/Agile Methodology understanding

**Bonus;**
- Technical or eCommerce industry experience is preferable
- Proven experience in managing (double bonus if the are eCommerce) multiple clients with budgets from 20K up to 500K

**The Job**

You will be responsible for overseeing and organise several OSE clients ensuring their support tickets are completed on time, on budget all while working closely under our experienced Senior Project Managers. This will be accomplished by effectively allocating resources, working with budgets, preparing reports, monitoring progress and liaising with stakeholders throughout the process. We manage tens of projects and support clients at OSE across 3 project managers currently and we are looking to integrate another layer of support by hiring this position.

You will be regularly meeting with new and existing clients to an account management capacity, building relationships, managing expectations and scheduling work and resources appropriately.

You will experience on the job training, mentorship from your seniors, a clear progression plan and we will discuss if working to KPI's is a preference of yours in order for you to achieve your professional goals.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
