Are you passionate about creating fun, inclusive, and empowering experiences for people with disabilities?

We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Group Activities Team Leader to join our team on a permanent Saturday basis, with the ability to team lead scheduled respite programs every 8-12 weeks (2 nights/3 days) with the same group of participants.

**Role Overview**
- Lead and supervise small group outings and recreational activities for NDIS participants
- Create a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages independence, social skills, and confidence
- Work closely with participants, families, and support teams to deliver person-centred programs
- Team lead regular respite trips (2 nights/3 days) with a consistent group every 8-12 weeks

**Position Details**
- Type: Permanent Part-Time
- Days: Every Saturday + scheduled respite shifts (2 nights/3 days every 8-12 weeks)
- Location: [Insert suburb/region]
- Pay Rate: SCHADS Award Level 2.3

**About You**
- Energetic, fun, and dependable
- Previous experience supporting people with disabilities or in group-based roles
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Confident managing group dynamics and adapting to diverse needs
- Requirements: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR, Driver’s Licence
