Hudson are seeking expressions of interest for a Customer Support Officer in Echuca. Part-time to Full-time hours in Government for an ongoing assignment on a with real potential to extend.
- Echuca location
- Ongoing work with a large Victorian Government client
- Uniquely rewarding work in the service of the Victorian community
Indicative key duties may include:
- Riding as passenger for Learner Drivers following an approved route. Making pre determined assessments following a standard document
- Documenting assessment results when returning to office
- As per monthly roster, can work between 20 - 38 hours per week
- May be required to go between 4 VicRoads sites in Northern Suburbs. (potentially going between site in same day)
- On rostered off days, will be 'on-call' until 9:30 AM (Mon-Fri only)
- Saturday is optional to work if needed
- Resolve customer complaints when they arise
- Contribute to the integrity of all records by accurate and efficient data processing
Skills Required
- Demonstrated Customer Service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in both seated and standing position
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to travel between different sites based on roster
