The office of this renowned state government organisation is based just North of the beautiful Macedon Ranges in Kyneton. Due to increasing business needs, they are seeking an experience customer service professional to join their team in the capacity of a Customer Service & Licence Testing Officer.

**Your new role**
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as a highly valued member of the customer service team. You will receive extensive online and on-the-job training for the position. Licence Testing involves computer licence-testing, but also being out on the road with drivers as you instruct them along a pre-determined test route. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Answering customer queries and processing associated licence and registration renewals and payments
- You will have the flexibility to receive extensive cross-training across face-to-face customer service and licence testing
- You will primarily be based in Kyneton, but as the role is based in the North-West, you may be required to work at the Bendigo office on the very rare occasion.
- You will be required to work a 20-38 hour work week across Monday to Friday and between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm
- You will be on call until 9am on your rostered days off to account for unforeseen circumstances

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You must be flexible to work a variety of hours each week on-site in Kyneton (no WFH)
- You will have previously and recently worked in a face-to-face customer service role
- An ability to learn legislation quickly, as you will be servicing a wide range of customers in relation to their licencing and registration enquiries
- You must have full working rights in order to be considered for this assignment
- You must hold a FULL Victorian driver's licence
- You musty have the ability to work in both a seated and standing position
