License Testing Officer

We have the opportunity for a License Testing Officer to join our client within their busy team.
- Must be Double vaccinated
- National Police Check
- Full Australian Drivers License
- No serious driving offences
- 3 week on the job training (paid) must complete training successfully in order to start
- No prior experience in field required
- Parking on site
- Moving between 4 different locations: - Kyneton, Bendigo, Maryborough and Echuca as required
- 100% on-site role

Role/Duties
- Riding as passenger for Learner Drivers following an approved route. Making pre determined assessments following a standard document
- Documenting assessment results when returning to office
- As per monthly roster, can work between 20 - 38 hours per week
- May be required to go between 4 sites in Northern Suburbs.
- On rostered off days, will be 'on-call' until 9:30 AM (Mon-Fri only)
- Saturday is optional to work if needed
- Resolve customer complaints when they arise
- Contribute to the integrity of all records by accurate and efficient data processing

Skills Required
- Demonstrated Customer Service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in both seated and standing position
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to travel between different sites based on roster
