Corporate Systems Analyst

**What You'll Do**:
The Corporate Systems Analyst's role involves supporting existing ERP systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The main responsibility of this role will be to provide BAU System Support in weekly warehouse and transport invoicing processes, including processing of claims and maintaining Master Data Set up such as Customers, Suppliers, Rates, Items. This role will also include Change Control Support and Ad-Hoc Project Support (System Testing, SIT,UAT).

Our current system landscape includes Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce (CRM/Customer Master), and ServiceNow (Ticketing & Query Management).

**What Experience and Education You Need**:

- Essential: Systems experience: Oracle ERP
- Desirable: Salesforce, Warehouse Management Systems
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an administration role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
- Prior experience as a functional member with mid to large scale projects for system upgrades, enhancements, will be high regarded but not essential.
