**About the Role**

We have a
**full-time position** as a
**Digital Analyst** to join our team in
**Prospect**. Ideally you will dynamic, have a bold approach to your projects and enjoy working with a collaborative team You will work on established SAP Hybris B2B solution to improve Fletcher Insulation’s digital reach and customer adoption of solution, play an active role in our sales order automation through EDI and OCR solution deployment and be part of project team to actively deploy salesforce solution for sales, customer service and marketing in Fletcher Insulation. Ideal for someone wanting to further develop their skills in CRM and digital sales including B2B, EDI, etc

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business and digital teams to drive successful adoption of B2B solution with customers and internal users.
- Working with technology team to fix issues and regression testing, communicate back to customers and sales team on solution fixes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to document existing and to-be processes in sales order entry to define business requirements for sales order automation.
- Be the admin of FI salesforce CIM solution and its integration with SAP system.
- Ensure data integrity of customer and contact data in salesforce and carry out regular system testing to ensure integration with SAP is working as designed.
- Participate in integration of Salesforce with SAP S/4 Hana in coming months.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Strong process and IT knowledge
- Has been involved in customer portal or e-stores and able to update back-end systems.
- Process minded with strong communication focus.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Prior experience using SAP highly desirable.
- Good understanding of database, HTML desirable
- Analytic tools knowledge is desirable.
- Have the ability to multi-task and deliver results
- Confident and proactive personality
- You enjoy being hands-on in your role
