We're looking for switched on, retail sales assistants (prefer to have a passion in Electronics/Audio Visual) to help serve our customer base in Adelaide.

We're an electronics retailer with a loyal customer base who appreciate genuine and friendly customer service. We operate 11 retail & trade outlets around Australia backed by a national distribution network. Our customers are incredibly diverse, from hobbyist/enthusiast to trade customers and even Mum and Dad.

What does the job involve?

  • Face to face retail sales.
  • Strong customer service/telephone skills.
  • Cash administration & store systems management.
  • Visual stock merchandising.
  • Management of stock control processes.
  • Order packing and processing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Think outside the box.

What are we looking for?

Enthusiasm A willingness to learn and build your knowledge, plus a keen interest in technology and electronics in general, to have some knowledge to assist our diverse customer base.

The right candidate will have the ability to be part of a cohesive team within the store and work without direct supervision.

Previous experience in retail preferred.  Must be available to work weekdays and weekends.

Applicants with a strong face to face customer service background.

Successful applicant will require a current police clearance certificate, prior to employment.
