What you'll Do
As a Corporate Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HR systems. You'll provide BAU system support, manage control processes changing, and contribute to ad-hoc projects across our technology stack, which includes:
- Oracle HCM & ERP
- Dayforce (HR, ERP & Payroll)
- UKG Workforce Central/Kronos (Time & Attendance)
- Salesforce (CRM/Customer Master)
- ServiceNow (Ticketing & Query Management)
What Experience and Education You Need
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a systems support or administration role, ideally within HCM environments.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Kronos, Other WFM Systems or Oracle HCMsystems, including system configuration, testing, data maintenance, and user support – Mandatory requirement.
- Kronos experience highly desirable – exposure to Australia and New Zealand Award/EBA Interpretation, payroll integration, system transitions, or release testing is a strong advantage.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, and data cleansing for reporting and analysis.
- Proven ability to resolve 20+ system tickets per week via ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success in supporting cross-functional project teams for system upgrades, enhancements, or implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in documenting SOPs, training guides, and technical instructions
- Detail-oriented with a track record of identifying and resolving system issues with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines
- Strong customer service mindset – known for responding to internal queries within SLA timeframes and maintaining high user satisfaction
- Proactive problem solver with experience in automating manual processes or improving reporting workflows
- Skilled in creating clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials for system users
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
