**About the Position**

As part of our mission, Fletcher Insulation is investing in transforming our digital ecosystem, to deliver an innovative customer experience while ensuring our people are given the best platforms to help drive innovation and growth. Due to this project, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting to our Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible to
- Work closely with business users to understand and create as-is process flow for current processes.
- Review existing workflows for improvement and engage stakeholders for proposed changes.
- Active project participation in developing sales tools including CRM solutions and process automation.
- Work with business stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs and develop actionable insights and dashboards.

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience working in a similar role
- Strong design and support experience for workflows in O365 and other cloud solutions
- Expert level Qlik (or Power BI) reporting
- A good understanding of CRM Systems such as Sales Force
- Prior knowledge & experience working with SAP highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build successful Key Stake Holder relationships
- Past understanding of working collaboratively to get a result
