We are looking for an amazing human to join our team as a Corporate Account Advisor on an initial 3 month contingent contract.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to Medibank’s Corporate clients (brokers, corporate client HR/Payroll teams ) and their representatives. This will include managing queries and requests, generating invoices, processing payments, providing reporting and other account functions.

**The role will be responsible for**:

- Processing invoices on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide ad hoc and automated reporting to clients
- Provide quality checking, feedback, training and support to colleagues in the Corporate team

This is an opportunity to bring your demonstrated experience in a similar accounts / billing / invoicing / processing role to a great team.

- Analytical thinker
- Ability to build effective relationships with your team, clients and stakeholders
- Curious and driven to want to know more and dissect work to provide the best solution
- Finance background, working in a similar role in an accounts / billing / invoicing / processing team
- Attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
