**About the Company**

We are seeking a Research Advisor to join a large NSW Government agency on a 9 month contract with flexible work arrangements. In this role you will analyse employee feedback and develop and implement initiatives to shape and deliver the overall employee listening strategy.

**About the Role**
- Conduct research and analysis to advance departmental understanding of the Employee Experience.
- Provide insights and advice on the development of initiatives to address associated issues and support an engaged and high performing workforce.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to sustain support for the projects and initiatives
- Provide reports on the progress of projects and initiatives in meeting agreed objectives

**About you**
- Significant experience in data research and analysis
- Strong ability to influence, attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a relevant discipline
- Excellent organisational skills
