Team Leader - Recruitment

Spinal Life Australia is a non-profit organisation that provides expert knowledge, specialist therapies and supports tailored for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. We're the largest provider of support services to people living with spinal cord injury in Australia.

We are seeking a **Team Leader** to join our Recruitment Team based at our Head Office in Woolloongabba on a permanent full-time basis.

**Duties of the role includes**:

- Maintain and continuously develop the recruitment practices in alignment with the overall organisational strategy
- Provide recruitment recommendations to contribute to the HR strategy and business plan
- Manage all recruitment processes and related administration as well as back filling any recruitment support resource duties as required
- Measure, analyse and report on recruitment practices and expenses against established budget and metrics
- Provide recruitment support resources with professional supervision, coaching and mentoring as required
- Contribute to the Personal Support workforce planning initiatives

**What's needed to be successful?**
- Previous experience in Recruitment
- Proven experience in the coordination of all aspects of the recruitment process. Preferably in an internal recruitment function, servicing multiple hiring managers
- Broad understanding of recruitment sources such as social media
- High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong and credible internal and external connections
- Proven ability to lead, coach and support staff to achieve results
- Hold or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Screening & Blue Card
