**Team Leader - Fresh Food Cafe (Weekdays Only)**

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced **Team Leader** to join our **Brisbane CBD** crew If you love great coffee, fresh food, and leading a high-energy team, this role is for you.

✔ **Daytime shifts** between 6:00 am and 2:20 pm.

**About the Role**

As **Team Leader**, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth daily operations, ensuring top-quality service and a great customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the team through busy service periods with confidence.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Managing stock, monitoring workflows to meet budget, and coordinating catering.
- Maintaining store presentation and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assisting with staff training and upholding a positive team culture.
- Communicating with the Store Management Team for support and ongoing training.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A **proactive and energetic** leader who takes pride in their work.
- **Minimum 1 year of hospitality leadership experience** (required).
- Strong **barista skills** - coffee-making is a key part of this role.
- Ability to **balance efficiency, quality, and customer service**.
- **Food Safety Supervisor certification** (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent **communication and time management skills**.

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
