**Job Description**:
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center advisors. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

We are currently looking for Team Leaders to join our new team that will be representing an exciting new client, a State Based Government Contract based in Brisbane providing support to everyday Australians.

The Team Leader will supervise, motivate, and lead a team of Advisors, providing day to day operational and administrative support to achieve performance targets within a contact centre environment. You will be responsible for the development and coaching of your team and ensuring you cultivate an amazing culture.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate strong and competent leadership skills
- Monitoring team performance and optimising processes
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
- Identifying performance related issues and effectively coach direct reports

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Contact centre experience highly regarded
- Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
- Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule

**Key Role Details**:

- Account Operational Hours: 24/7
- Location: Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station
- 15th of April start date
