**About the Role**
The Coordinator Civic Compliance is responsible for leading a team of Local Laws Investigations Officers, Traffic Enforcement Officers, Business and Performance, School Crossing Supervisors and Planning Investigations to effectively and efficiently co-ordinate the operations of the City Safety & Compliance Division. The Coordinator will provide a professional, innovative, and exceptional customer service in delivering the service to Darebin City Council and the community
- Manage and lead a team of Local Laws Investigations Officers, Traffic Enforcement Officers, Business and Performance, School Crossing Supervisors and Planning Investigations to effectively and efficiently co-ordinate the operations of the City Safety &Compliance Division
- Be instrumental in delivery of strategic projects both within and external to the department.
- Provide professional, accurate advice, reports on operational and budget related matters.
- Be responsible to contribute to the leadership management, performance and outcomes of the City Safety and Compliance branch.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in supervision and coordination of multi teams within the Local Government sector.
- Highly developed written an oral communication and organisation skills
- Sound knowledge of the Domestic animals Act, Infringements Act, Local Laws, School Crossings and planning Investigation compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to improve existing conditions and process, identifying improvement opportunities, generating ideas and implementing solutions.
