We are a small, Registered organisation that provides tailored Support Coordination which is personal and accountable. We are looking for Direct Support Workers who are flexible and keen to work for an organisation that follows through.

**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Support Worker in CRAIGIEBURN 3064**
**For a Client who needs Community Participation Tuesday 4 hours Wednesday 4 hours Thursday 4 hours**

Our NDIS clients are looking for qualified, respectful, and competent Disability Support staff to assist them at home and within the community.

If you hold a minimum Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent), enjoy variety in your day and are passionate about supporting others to meet their NDIS goals and develop their independence, then we would love to hear from you

In line with your commitment to Participants, you will have experience working with people with disability and/or psycho-social disability, a proven ability to communicate effectively and be able to follow and implement individual service plans, personal care, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans to members of our NDIS community.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We'll be looking to you to provide support services to participants (as outlined in their care or service delivery plans) to assist them in maintaining independence and achieving identified goals such as cooking, nutrition, social engagement, personal care, and community outings.
