At Infinite Support, we provide 1:1 support to NDIS participants across Melbourne.

We match support workers to clients based on their skillset, preferences, and interests, and always offer an opportunity to meet your participant prior to working with them.

Infinite Support is looking for support workers in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

Depending on who you're matched with, the role may involve:

- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists
- Transportation and social engagement
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Behavioural and/or Mental Health Support

Essential criteria:

- The right to work in Australia
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support as a minimum
- NDIS Worker Screening Check *MUST*
- Working With Children Check
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Two professional references
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain one.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
