**About Us**:
Irises Support Services is a disability and healthcare company specialising in disability and mental health supports. We provide a range of services, including psychology, music therapy, occupational therapy, support coordination, respite, and more, to empower NDIS participants to achieve their goals. We are currently expanding our Support Worker area to meet demands.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality care and support to NDIS participants in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist participants in achieving their individual goals, fostering independence and community engagement.
- Offer respite care and companionship to participants and their families.
- Support participants in attending appointments, social activities, and skill-building programs.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided using systems like ShiftCare
- Adhere to NDIS standards, company policies, and privacy requirements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
