Our projects span across various states in Australia.
**Job Description**:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and invoicing tasks
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements
- Prepare financial reports and budgets
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in administrative and accounting support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. XERO)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Mandarin Speaking and reliably travel to Box Hill, Victoria, Melbourne
