We have positions available for mature, friendly, well-rounded people with sound accounting knowledge and excellent language skills in both English and Mandarin.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering and forwarding otherwise unanswered incoming phone calls and forwarding messages as required.
- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival in a professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments for clients to see team member using google calendar. This will require you to notify team members of any appointments made for them.
- Assisting the team and keeping certain information data in order.
- Copy, file and maintain digital or paper records.
- Other administrative tasks as required.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have completed an Accounting Degree.
- Reception and client service experience in different industries.
- Good attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills which include verbal, written and presentation.
- Immaculate corporate presentation and excellent business acumen.
- Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle competing demands with mínimal fuss; and
- A confident, positive, and can-do attitude
