**Job Description: Support Worker (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking)**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our amazing and supportive team The role primarily involves providing community access and in-home support for clients. We are particularly looking for individuals who speak Mandarin or Cantonese to assist clients who feel more comfortable communicating in these languages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality support for clients, both in the community and within their homes
- Assist clients with daily activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life
- Help clients access social and recreational activities
- Follow support plans tailored to each client’s needs

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Check, and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Completion of required training modules (details to be provided)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
