**The opportunity**
The Digital Growth team delivers best in class digital experiences for existing and potential AMP customers. Owning the implementation and optimisation of our Paid and Owned channels to drive acquisition and retention outcomes. This role is critical to support our digital analytics strategy, implementation, testing, reporting and insight generation across Marketing campaigns (paid/owned) and Digital platform changes (web/app) in support of our wealth, bank and advice platform business lines.
**How you will make an impact**
- Collaborate with and manage internal/external stakeholders (as needed) to ensure digital marketing campaigns and digital platform changes are set up to enable effective performance reporting through the definition, documentation, implementation and testing of digital tagging/analytics.
- Co-ordinate the implementation and testing plan with internal/external stakeholders (as needed) - unless you have the capability to manage the implementation/testing without external digital analytics consultant support.
- Deliver dashboards and regular reporting on activity with key insights and future optimisations including the ‘why’ to key stakeholders across the business.
- Analyse data for insights to inform optimisations and surface opportunities for current and future activity.
- Drive digital analytics capability and reporting improvements, to get the most of our tools, stay up to date with industry best practice and increase automation.
- Share knowledge on digital tagging/analytics best practices, increasing the digital knowledge base across the marketing team.
- Respond to business requests around reporting and analytics - managed through JIRA.
- Support training of business stakeholders in digital tagging and analytics.
- Have a strong respect for risk, ensuring adherence to privacy, security, legal and regulatory requirements, following due diligence and risk processes when required.
**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience in using and managing digital analytics across multiple digital platforms and channels, including but not limited to, websites (public and secure), apps and paid and owned marketing channels.
- Demonstrated ability in:
- using and managing digital tag management and analytics tools (Adobe Launch & Adobe Analytics)
- leading / co-ordinating the implementation and testing of pixels (e.g. Facebook pixel, Floodlight tags, etc)
- using and managing other reporting and analytics tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SEMRush, FullStory, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, etc
- leading / co-ordinating digital tagging and analytics implementations / enhancements
- Knowledge and experience with the following is a bonus:
- HTML/CSS and JavaScript code
- maintaining technical documentation across digital tagging/analytics/reporting platforms
- website/optimisation/personalisation tools (such as AEM and Adobe Target)
- paid marketing platforms (such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SA360, etc)
- customer data platforms (CDP)
