ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Sales Support Representative to be based in our Melbourne office. This role will be delivering account support to the Sales team as well as to several stakeholders ensuring the consistent achievement of exemplary customer service standards. This role will report to the Sales Manager ANZ, who is based in Auckland, and the SME) Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to the SME team.
Essential duties:
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
- Working within strict timeframes to meet established service level agreements.
- Liaising with all areas of the business to provide a high level of service to the SME team and our customers within given timeframes.
- Workflows to support the customers, which includes generating quotes to assess the best vehicle options or optimum timeframes and total cost of life analysis.
- Support with new and existing business lead generation requests such as quotations, modifications, lease renewals and sale and leasebacks.
Other duties:
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM data.
- To actively seek opportunities to 'make our business better' through improved processes, system enhancements and new innovations.
Education & Experience
Essential:
- Two years relevant customer service or client account management experience.
Other:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent required.
- Degree in business or related field highly regarded. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
