**The Role**

As a LMG apprentice you will work closely with the service team to deliver best practice and provide exceptional customer service.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Servicing, diagnosis and repair of Volkswagen and Skoda vehicles
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Active participation in Volkswagen Group training programs
- Adhering to Manufacture and dealer job documentation requirements
- Supporting your fellow team members

**The successful applicant will possess the following attributes**:

- Can do attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Be a keen team player with a commitment to producing quality work
- Strong desire to learn
- A mechanical aptitude and an ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Passionate about consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to work overtime, from time to time, as required
